Greetings Friends & Visitors!      Welcome to my Free Stuff Page.

I call it mine because the articles offered here will not belong to my company,
Mercury’s Marvels, and I will be the sole copyright owner.  You are welcome to
download them for free, pass them on, but kindly respect my authorship.
Since we have possibly never met, an introduction is in order.

Being born into a magickal heritage, I never had to search out a world view
opposed to dualism, separatism or, all the negative ‘isms’ they fostered.  I
was not forced to worship a wrathful God, a sexist God, or told that my inherent
evilness required rescue by a savior God.  Instead I grew up with what is now
  considered a post-modern perspective.

My world view comfortably accommodated acknowledgement of the universe’s
mysteries with appreciation for my culture’s attempts to understand those
mysteries.  For me religion and science were two paths developed to explain the
same issue: the mystery of life and how we humans navigate that mystery. I call
that mystery Magick – or Magic, as the little bot hates spellings that its
  programmers failed to anticipate!

Magick is not opposed to science or to faith; rather it is the ancestor of both.  It
isn’t even bothered by atheists, yet why that is will drag me off onto a huge tangent.
Holding a magickal world view does not make me moronic; it means that I
acknowledge my own ignorance and respect my elders attempts to overcome
that ignorance – be they physicists, Buddhists, biologists, Jesuits, Muslims,
philosophers, Kabbalists, diplomats, or my local grocer.

Needless to say, my perspective was completely at odds with my American culture.
Respecting my ancestors, I studied, wrote and taught in Magick for 30 years while
maintaining social invisibility.  My formal education or cover as it were, was in the hard
sciences.  As for Magic, I developed my own system based on my studies and cross-
cultural experiences.  Being a fan of Einstein, I quested after a magickal Unified Field
Theory, and think I discovered it.  I was happy.

Then I encountered a Mexican shaman who set me on a 14 year course of study with
Native American medicine people.  I learned something Western Magic has forgotten.
While it is true that our (we magickians) prime directive is the acquisition of knowledge –
what we discover is utterly useless unless we use it to serve the cultures we reside in.
Magick is a lifestyle, not just a collection of theoretical viewpoints, private catharses
  or creative styles of worship.

Being on the cusp of Crone hood, I have been around the proverbial block several
times, on several continents.  I know what I know and do not fear what I have yet to
learn.  I also realize that it is time to share what I have gathered with those who are
curious too.  I dislike blogs, abhor Facebook and believe that knowledge is not
superficial gossip.  It needs to be considered, savored, given rein to deepen, get
questioned and above all else, evolve.  Emails, chats and Google searches just
don’t permit that.  Hence, this page is my experiment.

Below are my thoughts on, perspectives in and experiences with relevant topics in
modern Magick.  The articles are free for download.  I do not expect you to invest
in buying my works (published books, articles or other writings) on Film-Magic,
Tarot Cards, Alchemy, Kabbalah or my fiction pieces (vampire icons and fairy tales)
without first deciding if we resonate.  Downloads will come as emails, after you click or
pay, then you simply open them.

I will do private consulting on referral basis only, and my fee is $60./hour.  I also offer
Magick Classes TBA when my time permits. For more on my background, please refer
